Understanding Our Two-Year Warranty

Our two-year warranty is valid for 24 months from the date the Customer Satisfaction Survey is emailed to you. The warranty becomes active once the survey is completed. This warranty covers issues like peeling and blistering caused by defective workmanship. Please note that the warranty is not transferable to others.

To qualify for our warranty, please ensure the following:

Full Payment: Settle the payment with The Renovation Xpress in full upon job completion or as per any other arrangements made.
Survey Completion: Complete the Customer Satisfaction Survey sent to you via email.
Contract Retention: Keep a copy of your original contract.

If these conditions are met, The Renovation Xpress will repair any covered issues without any labor charges. Repairs will only be provided to the original customer, and the warranty is not transferable.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers the following issues:

• Peeling or blistering of paint due to workmanship defects
• Areas detailed within the original estimate

Exclusions from Our Warranty

The warranty does not cover the following:

• Any horizontal surfaces
• Cracks in plaster or drywall
• Paint supplied by the customer
• Galvanized metal
• Bleeding knots
• Moisture damage or rust
• Exterior varnished surfaces
• Peeling of previous paint layers
• Nail or screw pops

Additionally, the warranty does not include:

• Cracks or tape tears due to building shifts
• Paint costs
• Exact paint matching (though we strive to match closely)
• Mildew caused by moisture accumulation
• Issues with rotten wood, rust, or disintegrating metals
